Account Executive - OLIVER Ireland

OLIVER is looking for an Account Executive to join our expanding management team working with a number of clients.

ROLE MISSION

We are looking for a driven and passionate client focused individual to join our account management team as an Account Executive. The purpose of the role is to support the Account Manager/Director in the day to day running of client accounts.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

• Data entry and providing administrative support to the Account Director

• Dealing with internal/external queries and information requests

• Ensuring communication flows effectively to the Account Director

• Dealing with internal/external queries and information requests to include some project management across Central Agency.

• Shadowing and learning from Account Director

• Ad hoc, dealing with requests and submitting reports

• Be flexible with time and willing to get involved in other areas of the business as directed by management

• Represent the Business in a professional and positive manner

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation

• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment

• Processing/data entry experience

• Excel reporting ability

• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively

• A minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar customer facing role, ideally some experience in an agency environment where you have provided support to a Team

• Third level qualification in Marketing or similar an advantage
